My Counselling Service
With over 7 years of experience I am able to offer effective individualised, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, via online or telephone.
My Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan. I am trained in Person centred Counselling, which Is an approach that allows you to reconnect with your needs and wants. I am also trained in Mind- Body Attunement therapy, which is a trauma approach. This provides space for trauma to be processed and for you to develop a deeper sense of self awareness.
