Please give at least 48 hours notice of any non-attendance; where possible. Any unattended or cancelled appointments after the 48 hour notice period will still be charged at the full rate. If you feel you have any difficulty attending your session, please feel free to contact Lumos Counselling or your assigned Counsellor.
